Because we are a small hotel and each of our residences is unique, we’ve compiled some important information that will help make your stay an enjoyable experience. We’ll be most happy to answer any questions you may have.
Reservations
We accept reservations by mail, fax or Email and will confirm them as quickly as possible. Our tariffs are based on double occupancy. We’ll do our very best to reserve your desired residence but can only guarantee this for reservations of at least four nights. If you have a specific residence in mind but are staying for three nights or less, you can only guarantee it by pre-paying the full amount. Don’t forget – www.hofgut.info/versicherung
Down payment
We must receive your down payment within eight days. We will then confirm your reservation in writing.
For arrangements, the down payment is the cost for one person. For normal reservations, the down payment equals one night for two persons. For special events the minimum down payment is Euro 250.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done in writing. We will do our utmost to find a replacement or you can pass your reservation on to someone else. If neither of these options is successful, we will bill you for the full amount of your reserved stay. You can then pass the bill on to your insurer.
