...Traveling from the north or east
On the Autobahn A3, Nuernberg-Tegensburg-Passau – take the Pocking exit (the last exit before the Austrian border). Drive ca. 15 km on highway B 388. When you reach Bad Birnbach, follow the signs pointing to Vilshofen – after two km, turn right towards Haarbach – and then drive 2.5 km, and turn left towards Brunndobl. Two more Kilometers and you’ll see the entrance to Hofgut on your right.
Insider Tip:
Take the Hengersberg exit and drive towards Alderbach – Aidenbach – Beutelsbach – Wolfakirchen – at Brunndobl take a left at the bus stop and drive up the hill. The entrance to Hofgut is on your left.
...Traveling from the west
Munich – Landshut – Eggenfelden – Take highway B 20 and then B 388. When you reach Bad Birnbach, follow the signs pointing to Vilshofen – after two km, turn right towards Haarbach – and then drive 2.5 km, and turn left towards Brunndobl. Two more Kilometers and you’ll see the entrance to Hofgut on your right.

Salzburg – Simbach – Pfarrkirchen – take highway B 388. When you reach Bad Birnbach, follow the signs pointing to Vilshofen – after two km, turn right towards Haarbach – and then drive 2.5 km, and turn left towards Brunndobl. Two more Kilometers and you’ll see the entrance to Hofgut on your right.
...Traveling by Train
From Passau and Muehldorf there are direct IC connections to Bad Birnbach. From there, you can take a taxi to Hofgut.
...Traveling by airplane
Munich (ca. 130km, autobahn), Salzburg (ca. 70km. There is a small airport for private planes at Eggenfelden (20km).
