THURSDAYS - SPAGHETTATA

The Spaghettata on Thursdays is an informal way of getting acquainted.  Have as much pasta as you want, directly from the oversized skillet and enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Hofgut.

In summer, we eat outdoors in the covered courtyard – or in the Spring House.  That’s also where you’ll find the skillet, filled with pasta and tomato sauce. In addition, you can try our famous “flower pot” bread, mouthwatering antipasti and a tempting dessert.  All the ingredients for a perfect evening.

In winter, we invite you directly into the kitchen for a fiery experience, with “Pasta from the Flaming Parmesan.”

Appetizers and dessert are part of Spaghettata in winter as well

Every Thursday throughout the summer months we begin serving at 6PM., and in winter a bit later, at 7PM. Dining space is limited and since we use only fresh ingredients, reservations are required.

Should a private event be reserved for a given Thursday, the Spaghettata will be cancelled. (!!)
